Admission Requirements

※ Successful completion of Junior High School (JHS).
※ Aggregate score of 6-15 in the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE)
※ Placement by the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).

Admission Steps

  1. Register with the Ghana Education Service (GES) Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) after completing JHS.
  2. Select St. Thomas Aquinas SHS as one of your school choices on the CSSPS form.
  3. Wait for the school placement results to be released by the GES.
  4. If placed at St. Thomas Aquinas SHS, proceed to the school for admission.
  5. Attend the school’s registration and admission session, which typically occurs in late August/early September.
  6. Provide the required documents, which may include:
    ※     Printout of CSSPS school placement results
    ※     Photocopy of BECE certificate
    ※ Passport-sized photos
    ※ Birth certificate
    ※ Health records
    ※ Ghana card
  7. Complete the school’s admission forms online and pay the required fees.
  8. Attend the school’s orientation program for new students.
